I can see what you're saying, but these days, WWE likes to pull the trigger on things too soon - look at Raw this week. If it were up to me, Triple H would still be off TV for another couple of months. Thus, with WWE's currrent trend, I think Mask vs Title will be VERY soon. That said, I like the idea of it taking place at Night of Champions, the mask stip would give it more of an intrigue going in.

im replieing to you cause i want to ask why do you think it will be so soon for the mystereo v jericho mask v tittle thing. cause you have to think about wwe they would proberly want jericho to keep the title for while and have a small storyline with edge(bragging about winnig). which then near the end of that mystereo will be back in it then face him 4 the mask v title. and obvi mystereo will win lol. but i doubt it will be at the bash cause its 2 soon.

My thoughts exactly. If Punk gets to cut great heel promos on Smackdown every week, like the old ROH Punk, it's going to rule. And let's face it, if Punk was going to turn heel on anyone, then may as well make it someone popular that the fans really love. Jeff Hardy is the perfect candidate to do that. Oh, and I predict Rey vs Jericho, Title vs Mask for "The Bash". Rey never showed his unmasked face, so I'm guessing he officially puts the mask on the line to get his rematch.

WWE didn't screw Jeff Hardy. This could lead to a future storyline of Punk vs. Hardy which I would be excited about.

I like the fact that Mysterio would give up the title for the mask. Anyone who knows Mexican culture knows that wrestling is huge there and that losing your mask is like losing your character. Despite losing the mask before in WCW, which was a bad choice, I think this is a great storyline.
